I recently had to purchase a new phone and being not tech savvy,this is always a stressful and challenging time
Mehul made it easy
He took the time and was very patient and walked me through the entire process
I was able to pick a phone and plan that best suited my needs
I left the store with a new phone and with full understanding of my plan
Outstanding job. Great customer service I will definitely be back

HONEST! - dealt with Manev, they were professional in that there was a clear process for how they handled a job - inspecting item, suggestion of the way forward, communicating cost, if agreed proceed, including giving me a time expectation that they will communicate with me. What showed true integrity was in the end, turns out my phone had died - they did not falsely charge me or pressure me for opting out of repair. Respectful and professional! Glad they live near me! Store is super clean!
