Hanami Izakaya

I would not eat here again. We ordered our food 'to go' but were never told when it was ready (we waited in the lobby area for over forty minutes and eventually had to ask three different staff about it). The Veggie Pad Thai was very bland, and the consistency was like it had been cooked days ago and re-heated. True, you get a LOT of food...but it's a lot of BAD food. There is also no atmosphere in the restaurant.

You have got to be kidding me with this restaurant. I've been to so many restaurants that serve similar food and even the worst of the lot cannot compare to the expeirnece I had here. Went with my mother and sister and were one of 2 parties in the restaurant on a Wednesday afternoon. Unfortunatley at this time we could not get any service as the 4 servers available were too busy sitting at anotehr table and chatting. Literally had to go over there and ask someone to help us. PRICES- horrifying given the food FOOD- horrifying also. The only thing good I have to say is its clean but they ruined my lunch.

im sooo mad at this restaurant. this is the third time i have eaten their food and i have nothing good to say about it. Their fried rice has no spice at all. Very tasteless. Also i asked for delivery of 2meals and they sent one in 45minutes. Are they deaf or what?.... Anyways the staff was alright but their rice is way too tasteless and when you ask for extra spice with your delivery, they always forget

Have been there twice, both times were a bust. Atmosphere is non-existant. Bad Pad Thai, tastes like it was cooked a few days ago and reheated.
