Overall experience was great! Order came 3 weeks before it was supposed to. Delivery was fast, staff that delivered were very helpful and friendly. Will definitely purchase from Hotchkiss again! Great family buisness!

Do not recommend this store at all. Furniture took forever to get ordered and delivered to our house, arrived damaged, and did not set up bed correctly. Had nothing but disappointment from this business. When I asked to be compensated, they ignored my request and dodged me everything.

Had chairs delivered in February 2019. After having seen the delivery team slide them off the single runner they laid down and severely scratch the new hardwood floors in over 10 places, they tried to claim that the scratches were already there to my face. I then contacted Hotchkiss customer support and recieved very little assistance. They were incapable of following up. Now 8 months later, the manager said they will give me 200$ to make it go away. Repairs will cost over 700$

I bought a mattress there and the box spring broke within a couple of months. They replaced it but the manager treated me like I must have done something to break it although it was wood and craved when it arrived. Now after ordering a couch which they said would be up to 3 weeks, it will be more like a month until delivery. The staff were friendly that sold the couch but that's their job to be.
