Mission Repair Centre

Damaged the back of my phone terribly doing a simple charging port replacement. Phone is bricked. EDIT: They repaired the damage they caused after I confronted them and wasted an incredible amount of time having to get its primary problems fixed at a much better service center. I was never refunded for the work it was brought in for and I had to go through hell to have their mistakes corrected.

Took 3 days longer than stated and forced extra charges after my computer was already being worked on.

Says they open at 10 am on Saturday but currently waiting outside at 11:10 and the store is closed without any signage saying they aren’t open today. Wouldn’t even give them 1 star.

One thing that I truly liked about this place is the way they explain the things and their customer service simply rocks. I smashed my iPhone 6s screen while hanging out with my buds at my school. Mission repair centre was close to my school so I just took my phone there. I was thinking these guys might charge me arm and leg to replace my iPhone 6s screen but that wasn’t the case. I got my phone fixed in 15 minutes for the price I could easily afford.

I got my iPhone screen replacement done on 12/05/2017 and I was assured of 6 months warranty for product defects. On 12/14/2017 just 9 days after replacing the screen cracked from the speaker. the screen guard is intact without any damage, which clearly indicates that it is a product defect. I went with my receipt and the guy just glanced at the phone and said "I cant do anything about it" terrible terrible traumatizing experience.So what was the warranty for??

Excellent job on replacing the charging port on my tablet. Best Buy would't touch it and Sony wanted me to send it somewhere. Mission Repair took care of it. Highly recommend for any electronic repair!!
