We made reservation and got exactly what we asked for. Service was prompt and startes made it the table less then 15 minutes after ordering. excellent value and good home-style food. Don't come here looking for fine-dining ambience, it's excellent though for family-style meals. Portions quite generous. We had a table of 6 and were seated in the back near two large groups so it was a bit noisy but that's what our family's style often is anyway! Lots of parking, easy to find. My husband and I love to eat at Johnny's during the summer. My favorite is the steak!! Nicely done. And greek salad. It's hard to find a decent greek salad but Johnny's has a wonderful one! My husband loves their pastas. Nice sauces. However we were disappointed during our one trip there during the winter. The food just wasn't quite the same. Different cook maybe? Lire plus

We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Simcoe last night and this was recommended as the best breakfast in town. It was a good breakfast but didn't live up to that recommendation. Coffee was very good; service was very quick. Very quick but our order was still served good. The waitress was very good about getting it heated up when we explained it was cold. Also delivered extra toast. Toast was very good...made from homemade bread. Peameal was very tasty but cut way too thin. Lire plus

Staff at the Broadway subway make excellent subs and are friendly/helpful with customers and with each other. I've noticed that the owner can be harsh with her staff publicly. Due to that I wont be going back to the Subway on Simcoe Street. Lire plus

I don’t eat out a lot cause I feel like I can do just as good a job at home cooking, but this night we felt lazy so off to dinner we went. We picked a great place. Food was great, in fact my son enjoyed his burger more than the ones at home. Service was very friendly and helpful as my wife wanted something light and couldn’t make up her mind, the server took her time with us and helped make decisions. She recommended the fajitas to my Daughter, and wow what a hit. After reading a couple of the negative reviews, I don’t know what these people are talking about, cause our meal was perfect. And clearly one of the reviewers doesn't know what he's talking about, cause in Ontario, you can serve alcohol at 18, and drink at 19, so I guess that sums up his review and how factual it can be. One of the best pizza parlours in st.thomas. Wings are great, and not just because they are literally the biggest wings I have ever seen. With that being said, get the wings double cooked if you are squeamish on the chance of underdone chicken. Staff is always friendly and a lively atmosphere inside. It was my first time there and loved it! I ordered the perch and fries (ate inside, so their great little buffet was included with my meal!) The perch was done to perfection, so tasty! The buffet was great, with the different salads and the amazing fruit to finish my meal off. I enjoyed the old pictures, so much history there! Our server was very friendly and most attentive. Visited today for lunch.I was welcomed with a smile from the waitress as I stepped inside.Very nicely decorated white & navy blue decor.Very clean.Waited over 5 min for menu.Bit irritated as there were only 2 other people there & guess it was the cook that was visiting at their table,who looked at me like I was bothering her.Smiley came over,gave me a menu & I ordered coffee.She returned shortly & I ordered fish & chips as saw a good review about it.When it came it looked more like tiny chicken fingers.It tasted ok,didn't look like any fish I'd ever had before.Fries were really good & lots.One of the best coffee's.I really should have gotten the special as 4 others came-in & all ordered soup & sandwich.I will return as I did enjoy atmosphere & it was quiet.Will get special next time. I LOVE this store! My family loves their amazing cookies and I pop in once in a while to fill my addiction for their peanut butter chocolate cheesecakes!! They are soooo yummy! I love ordering these mini cheesecakes (different flavors) for special occasions with friends where you want something special for dessert! Their mini cakes are also so cute and great for a small get together for a bday or other celebration with a few friends. P.S. I don't believe that a cake could be "infected" with the flu. And besides, you don't get the symptoms of the flu instantly, it takes a few days to get into your system so I don't believe this other review is legit. Lire plus
