I recently had a very embarassing issue to deal with... bed bugs! Ugh! The owner of the company was so professional and understanding. My first visit to this dental clinic, from the moment I walked in I was treated like a long time friend. The front desk staff called me by name, introduced themselves, talked with me regarding the changes made due to the Covid restrictions and new processes I would be unfamiliar with. My hygienist took time to explain what she would be doing as she did it. Each staff member that entered the room, announced and introduced themselves. Direct billing and free parking was a welcomed change

Have dealt with them for 35 years, they are very helpful with problems and their service call charges are not out of line pricewise. Have had two service calls on my security system in 25 years and both times was fixed, but you can't send a truck and two service people for free. The charges were reasonable for what they had to do. Great people to deal with.
