I have been going to Hilltop Dentistry for over 3 years; Katrin, who is one of Hilltop's Dental Hygienists, has been my hygienist from when I started going to Hilltop. She is friendly, always coming out to meet me and personally take me into her area,. Katrin does such an amazing job on cleaning my teeth. Should I have any concerns about my teeth, Katrin has always passed on to my Dentist, who has come in to see me while I am there, never getting me to set up another appointment to see them.

As a ski instructor at Blue I've had 2 accidents in four years resulting in "emergency dept" medical care. On both occasions the care and professionalism of all staff, including admin, nursing care and doctors has been totally exceptional.
My latest accident was only a cracked rib but I can attest from my more serious accident (a cervical fracture, emergency surgery and ongoing rehab) that our Health Care system is a marvelous treasure and Collingwood Hospital is a wonderful part of it.

Excellent people to deal with. The other day in heavy fog a vehicle in front of me braked hard and came to full stop on Hwy, causing me to have to do the same. I had a crock pot full of soup which ended up ALL OVER the inside of my car. Vanessa and their crew were great to deal with and the job they did on my vehicle on such short notice was amazing! Our landlord asked us to find someone in Barrie to fix it, and when the service fellow (Michael) showed up, it was up and running within the hour. He was pleasant and knew his stuff. We were told to call Freezie Cat to service our brand new Jenn Air oven which was not heating up. I spoke with a very pleasant & helpful woman at their office and setup an appointment in a couple of days. My husband was at the new house when the service man came and was very impressed with his knowledge and quick repair. I would use them again.

I had a negative experience here.
They claimed to have done a thorough and proper undercoat in 20 minutes. I later learned that they only sprayed the visible and easy to reach areas (proper undercoat takes 90 minutes).. If you want a proper under coat done- go to oil tech in Midhurst. They're amazing and honest!

Had amazing service once again, from Jack and Jamie. Not only were they great to talk to, they were also very knowledgeable. Their charming faces and attitudes were just a bonus. Definitely will keep coming here. Have gone to both the Collingwood store and the Wasaga store and will continue to go to the Wasaga location instead because the service is fantastic.
