Excellent service. First iced them @4years ago. I knew nothing about them. Without even asking for my credit card, they offered me a loaner car as repair would take several days.
On my return to them on Wednesday of this week, with a big scratch on my brand new Venue, excellent service. They sympathized with my self caused scratch and offered to drive home. The repair was done as scheduled and once again, they picked me up. It’s definitely a family business. They always made me feel safe.

Service de qualité supérieur. J'ai appelé au magasin puisque la serrure de mon coffre ne fonctionnait pas. La personne qui nous a répondu a pris le temps de vérifier avec ces collègues la manière dont il pouvait nous aider à distance puisque ces techniciens n'étaient pas disponibles . Il est resté avec nous au téléphone durant tout le processus et grâce à ses conseils, nous avons pu résoudre le problème. Amazing!!! Had this guy in to spray in summer of 2019. Had a wounderful bug free summer! Away from home a lot in summer 2020 so decided not to get sprayed.....BAD mistake. It is now summer 2021 and we are getting sprayed next week!! Will ALWAYS have our bug spray every summer. Very friendly, and thorough at his work.

We got an air-tight fireplace insert from Top Hat (Neo1.6). From sales to fireplace cleaning, to inspection, to installation, the process was so very well coordinated! We were very impressed with all services. The installers Justin E and Randall were very friendly, professional and covid-careful. It was a pleasure to deal with Top Hat!

I am deathly afraid of the dentist. I don't like going and when I do, my anxiety goes through the roof. I need to be frozen, sedated, whatever it takes for me not to feel a thing.
