I donated my fridge stove and dishwasher after I purchased a new set for my kitchen. I would like to comment on the great service we received. Thank you Logan for helping with the arrangements. Everyone were very helpful to ensure pickup on time. The two young men that came were professional, polite and very careful with the removal of the appliances as to not causing any damage to doorways and walls. Thank you so much. Because the store is overloaded with merchandise it's challenging to know where, what you need is. I usually I find an employee or especially the manager who seems to know where everything is, and she is VERY willing to help. Terry.

I could tell you that this Canadian Tire is very good. We are always very well serve and the employees are always very polite, compared to the one in KIRKLAND were the staff is not patient and annoyed when you ask question.

Excellent service from Greg (the manager). I ordered some sale merchandise that was to be picked up and brought to me on Prince Edward Island. The person who was to do that did not get it done....and Greg took care of seeing that it was charged at the sale price and packed it for my chosen courier. I call that above and beyond!

I would like to tell you about my experience with Linda at your Bradford store. She was great and a big help to my husband and I were looking for all that we would need for a new puppy. She knew what we needed and she helped us get a new bed, food and toys for the new addition. She was friendly and knew what we needed and had a great sense of humour as well. Since management change 2016 this store has become fantastic, even the employees
seem to have a much better attitude towards their jobs, very helpful and take the time to help you with what ever your looking for. Returns and replacement including refunds is fantastic compared to before.I can personally state that the management and their employees have gone out of their way for me a number of times. I would and will recommend this Canadian Tire Outlet to anyone without hesitation. Merci.

I live about 2 Kms from Canadian Tire Ajax but prefer dealing with Whitby Canadian Tire.
The staffs are competent and polite, they will go the extra mile to help customers. Well trained team!

We were in St. Catherines for a road test when the steering wheel locked and left us very panicked. A young gentleman from Canadian tire came to help us and was able to get us back into our car in seconds. He was very kind and rescued us from potentially a very stressful afternoon. We are extremely grateful for his assistance. Excellent customer service and would absolutely recommend their place of business. Thank you again!

Very good because of Mr. Sasha from lawn mover departement (who with his hight professional client service) saved Canadian tire from complaint at Customer protection department. I took the mover with Honda engine Back to them only hours after the purchase for it wont start. Some woman at the counter Claudette or Claudine against all Canadian laws refused any return or change only referring to repair services while talking to my wife meanwhile Sasha helped find and fix the issue! Bravo Sasha!
