George's roofing and contracting was one of 4 contractors we got quotes from. His was the most detailed, one of the lowest and included recommendations regarding improvements to our eves troughs.
A quick check with the BBB indicated George's operation had not had any complaints so we asked him to proceed with re-shingling our roof..
While doing the job his workers found a huge wasp's nest in the roof cavity above the garage which they promptly removed. A well done job was done promptly including a complete clean up.

Handyman Solutions came highly recommended from a past client. As time was tight and quality of workmanship was important I wanted to have a full basement completed in 6 weeks. As I presented the massive list of my wants and needs with my date carved in stone, a smile grow on the Project Manager’s face knowing my terms were unrealistic and they had other jobs on the “go” too.
At this point he told me “we can do everything, but not everything at the same time”
“Handyman Solutions are skilled professional tradesmen that are considerate and they honor their written estimate and timelines” The basement was completed on time and within budget.
Since then I have used Handyman Solutions for other minor jobs and will continue to use them and refer them to my friends, family and colleagues.

Review: I contacted H&N Basement Worx regarding some water problems on the exterior of my home. After a thorough consultation, we ruled out the foundation as the source of the problem. Despite this, Robert and Dave continued to offer their expertise by assessing some photos of the damage that I sent through email - and even a trip to my house on a Saturday afternoon where they inspected the area and offered some advise on how I could try to find the source of the problem. They took the time to do this knowing full well that there was no possibility of securing work from me. Not a level of service often seen these days!

There are people that have a hammer and tool box that call themselves contractors. Than theres Frank. The REAL DEAL. We paid a little more but it was worth every penny. No stress, solid work, reliable and truly a kind person to work with. We will never need another contractor but I biggest worry is getting him back because he is so busy and just that good.

They are an excellent company. My old fridge broke. They pretty much knew the issue right from what I described over the phone. They came ready with the part and repaired it quickly. They charged a fair price for the work. I recommended them to my sister when her dryer broke. They are fair people.

I can't recommend this company enough!!
First of all : Chris and his team can handle complicated -commercial type / business jobs that many other electricians will turn down "saying we don't do this".
They did several jobs in my store and never said this is too small, or too big , or we are too busy( although they are very busy).
Second, not only are they capable, but also their level of service, decency,Politeness, attention to details (up to cleaning well after the work .. ) Enough said.

Recently did a condo renovation with Stan. All I have to say is the finishes were top notch and no details were spared. Very proficient with every trade. The flooring was perfect, plumbing work was great and drywall/trim work was flawless. Got everything done in a reasonable time as well. We had water in our basement, Domenic came out and routed out the source of the leak. He gave us options and we decided to correct the problem from outside. He came in to complete a full waterproofing and weeping tile replacement. He was very professional and detail oriented his philosophy was do it right the first time.
