Don't they know prices on everything are going up? Why are they still the best repair shop around with their low charges and high quality? Ain't seen a car problem yet that stumps Ed! Both for my '57 Metropolitan and my 2011 Chev HHR!

I don't think you could ever find better service anywhere. I first went to Canadian Tire and had such a back experience that I cancelled my tire order. Went to Niagara Battery & Tire, ordered my tires on Saturday and they arrived Monday morning. Set up a time for my install and everything was super. No hidden costs or add on's like CT.

I've been taking my cars to Rick's since I started driving 6 years ago and have had nothing but exceptional service there. Him and his staff are great mechanics and people and I have never had any problems. I would never bring my car anywhere else or trust any other shop to do any work on my car. My car broke down here while I was vacationing at the Falls from Iowa, USA. I was so nervous to take my car to some mechanic that would charge an exuberant amount. I was immediately put at ease at McLeods. They explained to me what exactly they were doing and showed me the price beforehand. Not to mention they were so friendly and their customers that day were locals and that says a lot. I would recommend McLeods in a heartbeat!

I was quoted from another company 847 for 1 sway link bar,front breaks and a serpentine belt . I called Tempest just to get an idea as so many people have referred them. The guy quickly quoted me 350 for that to be repaired. they ended up doing 2 Sway link bars my front breaks welded holes in my exhaust my serpentine belt and a safety for 500. On top of the great pricing , Everyone is very polite and seems genuine and No bad vibes . I Think it’s safe to say I found my forever mechanics

We drove in from out of town to purchase a car. The dealership didn’t notice some damage to the rear bumper but immediately called Carsmetics who took us right away. Hats off to Paul! We have a 2009 Saturn Vue. We could not figure out how to disconnect the rear Windshield washer pump. Paul took the time to go online and then be able to explain exactly how to do it to us over the phone. We were successful in taking care of our problem. Saving us $$$.
