The food is always fresh. Perch is local and they make their tartar sauce in house so it's a perfect dish! The staff is friendly, and even when they're busy and understaffed they work their hardest to be attentive and quick. Always have a good time here!

One of the best pizza parlours in st.thomas. Wings are great, and not just because they are literally the biggest wings I have ever seen. With that being said, get the wings double cooked if you are squeamish on the chance of underdone chicken. Staff is always friendly and a lively atmosphere inside. We have come every year in December from Hamilton to Simcoe to see the Christmas lights. We stop at the Barrel Restaurant first, and it is a highlight of our trip: excellent food, excellent atmosphere. There is a very large menu, so I know people can order what they want and sometimes get something different from what they want. Suffice to say that I find the Penne Capri on par with meals served in Italy, and my husband and in-laws refuse to order anything other than the lasagna because they enjoy it so much every time. Good work once again!

This place always pleases and has a wonderful varied menu. Been there dozens of times - never been disappointed. The food is excellent and plentiful, at reasonable prices. The wait staff are pleasant and friendly as well. I recommend this place highly.
