I just wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for the wonderful work that JC Waterworks recently completed in our home. Not only did Jamie fix our running water leak in upstairs toilet but changed the innards (plumber talk) of the downstairs bathroom sink faucet on his first visit. We then discussed changing the sink in our kitchen and the cost, etc. which he finished last week. I now actually look forward to doing the dishes. Just kidding! I would highly recommend them!

I JUST HAD BOB IN TO INSTALL A WATER SOFTENER. HE DID AN AMAZING JOB. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS. WHEN COMPLETED HE CLEANED UP HIS WORK AREA. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE HIM AGAIN. GOOD JOB BOB!!

Great to meet DJ and Kyle! They were extremely professional, respectful and got the jobs done in great time. They also checked my water softener. They even did an extra small job for me which got Kyle wet but they were all smiles! They also tested the water for it's hardness and checked my water softener all at no extra cost. Had an issue with my toilet a few months ago…it was clogged and there was a bit of backflow…it was not pretty. We tried fixing it ourselves, which made it worse. I called Freys and they had someone at my door within an hour. The service guy was very polite, clean and professional. Really appreciated how considerate he was of my home and he had our toilet fixed very quickly - total lifesaver.
