We are very, very pleased with the final bathroom. Overall the project went smooth with little delay or issues. These guys are super friendly, clean and did an amazing job. Had an issue with my toilet a few months ago…it was clogged and there was a bit of backflow…it was not pretty. We tried fixing it ourselves, which made it worse. I called Freys and they had someone at my door within an hour. The service guy was very polite, clean and professional. Really appreciated how considerate he was of my home and he had our toilet fixed very quickly - total lifesaver.

I just wanted to take the time to express my appreciation for the wonderful work that JC Waterworks recently completed in our home. Not only did Jamie fix our running water leak in upstairs toilet but changed the innards (plumber talk) of the downstairs bathroom sink faucet on his first visit. We then discussed changing the sink in our kitchen and the cost, etc. which he finished last week. I now actually look forward to doing the dishes. Just kidding! I would highly recommend them!
