I’ve been going to Diamond Nails on Bank st for 2 years now and I just wanted to express my gratitude to the people working there, they work long hard hours and provide the best service no matter how busy they are. I myself worked in the service industry for a longtime and understand the hardship that comes with it. I highly recommend this place because of their impeccable service they are getting busier so you might want to call and reserve your spot first.

The first time I went in, I didn't have an appointment. They were able to take me right away. I had never gotten gel nails until just recently, so they explained to me what they were doing, how to care for the nails, and they were able to repair the 'bad' job I received before going there. Friendly staff that always greets you with smiles. Anna is amazing. Her free hand designs always get me compliments and asked where I get my nails done. My mom and I have never had a bad experience here. We're always offered water and green tea. My mom doesn't have the best mobility and the staff is always willing to help her.
