Stayed on 7Jan2013. Great staff great room. Breakfast was perfect though I wish there could be more fresh fruit. Forgot my shaving kit but front desk had everything for me I needed complimentary. Excellent hotel in line with the holiday inn standard

My wife and went to the brick looking to purchase a bedroom set as well as a box spring and mattress. The sales lady that served us was Sheela Dabra a very knowledgeable person who knew her products and very willing to answer all our questions. Very pleased with our experience shopping at the Brick in Belleville Ontario. Our sales associate Corrie was very friendly and helpful. She helped us order all the products we were looking for and made the shopping experience very pleasant. They were able to tell me exactly what his issue eating was within minutes of hearing his problems. Since the first visit he’s doubled his weight. They even encouraged me to contact his breeder in order to be compensated for his X-ray. They not only do they care about your pets but they care about you as an owner. Great vets!

Whatever the issue (filling, checkup, abscessed tooth, cosmetic tooth repair, regular hygiene, emergency pain) the response is caring and quick. I've been worked into a busy schedule when I was in pain and diagnosed and referred correctly for an issue that turned out not to be a dental one. I seldom have to wait more than 5 minutes for cheerful service in a sparklingly clean space. I highly recommend.

Bought a gazebo last fall. Had to wait to get curtains. They still have the gazebo with a sign "curtains not available". Spoke to Sue in seasonal and she went the extra mile to make sure I left a happy customer. Sue called this morning, my curtains had arrive. Picked them up and installed this afternoon. Thanks to Sue's efforts we will continue to shop at Rona.

Staff was always on hand and usually made friendly visits while we worked in our locker, adding to the sense of good security. The premises were very clean and tidy and bright.
