All the staff at the St. Catharines Animal Hospital are extremely friendly and very professional. Dr. Boctor is a wonderful,caring individual who is truly considerate of his furry patients...He is a ‘cut above the rest’. My sister & I ‘inherited our parents’ dog, Molly,who has many health issues. Dr. Boctor took her in, nursed her back to health and Molly now has the renewed ‘vim & vigour’ of a dog with a new lease on life. Mom and Dad would have been extremely grateful.. Thank you very much!

We bought 500 crckets at oct 3th,and they all dead in two day,we went back yesterday tand buy another 500, but only find out about 100 of them dead again,after came home from work, we buy crickets over a dozen times sofar,from 20cricket to 1000 crickets at one ,and never any thing wrong, we did talk to the sale people at the shop yesterday.and they too ，no clue. I’m a 6’4 240lbs man so it’s common for people to think the dentist doesn’t cause me to act like a 4 year old like most who have a fear of the dentist. All the staff in the office were so kind and put me completely at ease. Any discomfort was dealt with immediately and the whole experience was probably the best I’ve ever received at a dentist! We had our heat pump fail on New Years a couple of years ago. Called one company who came out and took out a part that was causing the heat pump to fail. So he hooked up so our electric furnace would keep us warm. It did of course, but we then used a lot more electricity- enough that the Hydro company called because our bill/usage had skyrocketed.
Unfortunately, this company didn't deal with replacing a heat pump. We found one dealer who came out and said a particular part was kaput, so we needed to replace the furnace and the heat pump. and gave us a price.
At that point, we figured if it was the whole system to replace, we should check out another quote. So one of the companies we called was Grand River. Bill came out assessed the situation. He found that that part could have been replaced for a lot less than the whole new system.
In the end, we did replace the whole system, partly because there were government incentives at the time which gave us about a $1000 in rebates. And we appreciated Bill's honesty and expertise.
Our system was over 20 years old and the heat pump compressor was not in the best of shape.
