Yesterday I saw Dr. Ebadi and I’m happy to say that the experience was pleasant. He explained the implications of my cornea issue very clearly. His assistant, I think her name was Nadesh, was also very helpful from what I saw. Before I met with the doctor for my appointment, I was sitting in the waiting area for about 45 minutes and I saw so many other patients fill up the room very quickly. I noticed she was multitasking helping the technicians and answering the patients’ questions.

I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. Disgruntled I called CCA & within an hour and a half a technician was over and diagnosed the issue (blown capacitor), replaced it, and we were good to go.
The price was a third of what the other company quoted and customer service was amazing. A+ service & definitely recommended.
