Your technician, Brodie, spent no time at all determining my dryer issue. He showed me the problem and gave his recommendation for repair. Once I agreed to proceed, he had the parts handy, and job done in no time. You can see he has worked in this field a long time. Very professional and likable. My wife and I have been going to Dr. Robert Hawkins for the last four years. He is a very professional and as my wife would say "sweet man". Other then the fact that I always seem to have cavities - he actually does make it easier to bear and he does a good job. We would recommend him for sure.

Our furnace mysteriously stopped working recently. It took some time to get to the bottom of the problem, but DR Heat & Air Ltd was relentless. Brand new replacement parts turned out to be faulty right from the box, further masking the problem, but they didn't give up. And when it came time to settle the bill, they wouldn't even charge us for most of their time because they felt they should have solved the problem sooner. That's integrity. I know where we'll buy our next furnace.

Great service! Very friendly and professional. I was able to boom the time and date that worked best for me. It wasn't a large service time window like other companies. It was a specific time and the technician called the day before and the day of to confirm. Only took 30 minutes to re-key all four locks on my home. I highly recommend this company.

After a poor experience at Leon's we tried The Brick and were greeted by Kimia. It was great not to be followed around like a shadow & although she kept her distance, when we looked up and made eye contact with her she then came to our aid. After providing us with the information we required, she closed the deal - quite a good one too. We were surprised to learn that it was her first week based on the service we received - so check out Kimia at The Brick Deerfoot Meadows.

We had a full security system installed in our house last month. There were a couple of hiccups at the beginning with some of the sensors from our previous security system.
