All of the staff at this clinic are excellent. They are very compassionate and understanding of each patient's level of ability throughout their recovery, and provide not only the appropriate exercises, but the much needed emotional support as well. I had a fabulous experience with Breanne. Laptop stopped working when I needed it most. Brought it in thinking the worst, they managed to get everything off the hard drive despite it being a write off and set me up with a great laptop, made sure the new laptop was protected and ready to go. They went above and beyond, staying a few minutes after close just to make sure I was set. Amazing customer service, got me taken care of in a few hours instead of days! Cannot recommend enough, you will not get this level of service from box stores!

Absolutely amazing, the most kind professional dental office I’ve been too. I’m a 6’4 240lbs man so it’s common for people to think the dentist doesn’t cause me to act like a 4 year old like most who have a fear of the dentist. All the staff in the office were so kind and put me completely at ease. Any discomfort was dealt with immediately and the whole experience was probably the best I’ve ever received at a dentist! ESPECIALLY IN NIAGARA, I’ll be moving to the GTA but returning for the clinic.

Called Charrois Heating & Air after the AC filled the house with a smokey smell - right at the beginning of a heat wave. They were onsite a couple of hours later and quickly diagnosed the problem.
