Took my French bulldog there and although they were busy, I just needed his nails trim and they were able to accommodate him and they cut his nails in no time at all. The Hound Lounge has been a life saver for us and our wild puppy Wally! She always has an amazing time and comes home exhausted from a full day fun with her friends. She can be very energetic and unfortunately she tore her pad from running around the first time she there. After speaking with the team they were very responsive and have since always assured me they will be on top of her and help her to calm down when she gets a wee bit wild. she has never had a that problem again!
