The quoting individual was the most professional and knowledgeable of all companies who quoted. The installers were artists. (The mitered joints are invisible and they actually used a coping saw to back cut the corners of the trim, resulting in invisible joinery). The inspector visit and the follow-up by the company after the installation has been an unexpected pleasant surprise. We did not choose the lowest bid, nor the highest. We are very pleased with the awesome service provided.

The owner and workers were prompt and provided excellent service! I was impressed by their work ethic. This company goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and happy. The workers cleaned up and completed the work on time. The owner followed up and communicated with me in person and via text as soon as possible. If any questions, he addressed them right away and any concerns, he offered to make them right. I would definitely recommend Kreative Aluminum.

Farid and his dad went far and beyond what was expected from them as they went out to take care of the broken front window of my daughter's student rental. They immediately addressed the situation, taking time from there lunch on a very busy day. They are extremely friendly and helpful - we couldn't have expected more! I have only stellar things to say about the personalized, prompt, courteous & attentive service I received from Stylistic Glass.
The staff, be it by email, phone or in person, were professional & knowledgeable & keen to assist with a tricky mirror cut without hesitation. The super nice fellas even went out of their way to both pick up & return the mirror as I was physically unable to drive. THAT is above & beyond what most businesses would do. Roy showed up, and on time to quote our eavestrough replacement (which put him well ahead of the three others I called, two of whom didn't even show up and one who arrived 90 minutes later than we'd arranged). He was thorough and professional, did the job when he said he would at a price that was reasonable and fair, and cleaned up the site beautifully.

We had this family run business do our kitchen renos and from start to finish they did a wonderful job. Staff in their business were helpful with guiding and explains the many options. They showed up to do the job with no delays and went over and above to complete all details of the project. Kitchen and bathroom look fantastic would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.

I was just out last weekend and was very pleased with the service received on all accounts. The staff member answered my questions clearly, he put down what he was involved in and proceeded to take care of the issues I had very quickly and efficiently. The clerks at the front were pleasant and one young lady even assisted me to take my purchases out to the car and helped unload, without even asking! So I will be returning in the future! We had a bad experance from start to finish. We bought a new fridge and had trouble the day after delivery called Bad Boy they never once called back. After 5 service calls the fridge is working.We talked to there complaints Guy from toronto who was going to try and get us an extended warrinty for all our trouble he never called back. We will never shop there again.
