Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. Excellent service and quality workmanship! I am so pleased that I found Dunn. They made my Central Air so much more efficient by reversing the Return and Supply vents in the upstairs. Now the cool air is evenly distributed throughout the house. I had originally called to have a unit installed, but they saved me about $3000 and even moved my furnace to create more room in my basement. Wow!

Gary is the hardest working, most honest gentleman I have ever dealt with. I can say this honestly as a former tradesman (8 years with local 675 drywall union). Very personable guys who not only took care of installing the new equipment, they also took our old furnace/ airconditioner/ piping, and simply left our home spotless. We used the company when we were living in Brantford. He hooked up gas lines for two outdoor barbecues, plus a gas range.
We just moved to Hamilton. Gas line to outdoor barbecue, gas line to gas range, a sub panel for the circuit panel, correction of electrical hazards and finally installation of a range hood (required cutting a hole in the kitchen to the outdoors) were all performed . ONE contractor.
All work was meticulously and professionally performed with no shortcuts.

We had an issue with a noisy furnace and could not identify the root of the problem. We called AW Mechanical who came out the next day and replaced the blower motor on the spot which solved the problem. Tony also explained what caused a blower motor in a 4 year old furnace to break down in such a short space of time. It's amazing what we don't know about some of the most expensive and important systems in our homes. Tony was on time and knew his stuff. I definitively recommend AW Mechanical.
