Al was the only person we could find that was qualified and willing to repair the mess left with the engineered flooring and landings on our stairs and the porcelain tile at the front entrance and bath that Les Sprowl made when he originally installed it. Al ripped out the entire mess, and replaced all the flooring on the stairs and landings. He also tore out the tile and discovered there had been no leveling prior to installing the tile. He did everything 100% correctly. Excellent Work!

We hired Enrique to paint our home as well as renovate our aging wooden deck. He takes his time and doesn’t rush. When we have a question, they answer promptly, and we never had the impression they wanted to finish as fast as possible. We hired Another Concrete Company to fix 600 sq ft of floor that had cracked and started to collapse from the weight of a previous tenants machinery. Jimmy Gregory came in and assessed the situation with his engineer, and his crew came in the next week to fix the floor according to the engineers specs for a structural floor.
Super happy with the final work, they came in on budget, floor looks great and the warehouse is now ready for lease. Will use again - highly recommended!

Mr. Lavender came to my home to give me an estimate the same day I phoned his company. He gave me a price to replace my water lines and sewer pipes, the price and wait time were lower than I expected. The work was completed the following week by 3 very hard working courteous young men.Sandy, Morgan and James kept going till the job was done. They ran into unexpected problems along the way but kept a positive attitude. They cleaned work areas up when finished. I highly recommend Lavenders.
