Would give 10 stars if I could. Arrived on time, finished ahead of schedule and UNDER budget! Had one small issue after a rain (washed out a small corner) and they completed the fix within a day of my calling them back. Have had zero issues since after many more rains. Colin faced a very challenging project, that being skim coating a very textured ceiling to flat. Room area of over 600 square feet. He did a great job and we have had many positive comments on how well it looks. He also did other dry walling which looks very good. We had Precision also prime and paint all walls.
