Lake City Mechanical Services were amazing to deal with, went through Home Depot, bought our new hot water tank in the evening, was installed the very next morning. Tony from Okanagan Ceiling Refinishers had to return after he found out there were a few blemishes on my newly painted ceiling (after I removed a wall for the new kitchen/ great room and had a drywaller do the patching and texture matching - as I didn't know about this company at the time)... he then re-textured the entire ceiling and it is truly great! I was treated with the utmost respect both times and they are extremely good at making sure there is the least amount of disruption and no mess!

I can't say enough good things about Trevor. When he was running late, he let me know. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He came after 8:30 pm and seemed just as bright and cheerful as if it were 8:30 am. He spent time explaining the problem and how to fix if it happened again. And very reasonably priced!
