Would give 10 stars if I could. Arrived on time, finished ahead of schedule and UNDER budget! Had one small issue after a rain (washed out a small corner) and they completed the fix within a day of my calling them back. Have had zero issues since after many more rains. Looks great and has made our home so much easier to maintain. Thanks Greg, Brad and Jamie!

The driver was professional. The truck was in fair repair (some leaking onto our gravel [I'll scrape it up and dispose it]). The gravel delivered was clean and ready to use (around our perimeter). The driver remained on site until the delivery was applied. Nice.

We’ve had a great experience with New Lifestyle Homes. You can tell they build a quality home. Honestly, it’s almost like you’re getting your family member to build the house. Something to note is they don’t have a lot of 2 car garage lots, but we were very happy with what we got.
The standard finishes are quite high compared to others and I feel their pricing for upgrades is very reasonable.

Just wanted to do this review as another way to say thanks to Stephen and his crew.Had a problem with sagging roof line, being that the house is very old the extend of the problem was an unknown. Stephen made a fair estimate and when the job was a little greater then expected he didn't over charge for the additional work.His crew were polite and hard working, they did a very good job and cleaned up well after themselves. Stephen's experience made this job possible ,Thanks again.

Very happy with the Customer Service from beginning to the end of our project. Pedro was very nice to deal with when we were getting our quote. He explained everything very clearly and after many different quotes, we went with SSAM Roofing . The guys that came to remove our old shingles and install our new roof were VERY hard workers! We hired Tim and Crew to put an addition on our cottage. We were a little worried at first because they had to live in the cottage during the construction. We had nothing to worry about! When we arrived to inspect the job, the cottage was cleaner then we had ever seen it.
The job was amazing! We are so happy!
The workmanship was excellent, the budget was accurate and they even added a few things.
This job required attaching a new building to an old one. Many elements ... all done well!
