I live in a rental apartment and there was a flood from the suite upstairs . The bathroom ceiling got damaged and a large water stain on popcorn ceiling in hallway outside of the bathroom, showed up . Brad repaired and painted the bathroom ceiling and fixed the water stain on popcorn ceiling . You can't even tell that either ceiling had water damage . Amazing work Brad, thank you !

Expert insulation was contracted to upgrade my attic insulation. The company was amazing to work with from start to finish. Brenden was quick to respond to our request for an inspection and quote on repairing the stucco and some parging on the house and the rerouting and repointing of the ledger stones on the windows of our patio and deck areas.
He was easy to communicate with and provided an explanation of what they would do. The quote was very reasonable and the work was completed in one day. Brenden and Chance took care to protect the deck & worked efficiently during a very hot day. Clean up was great. Kudos.

Last month Sid and his crew replaced a faulty French drain. The old drain was not draining and was constantly getting plugged.
Sid did an initial assessment, discussed the different drain options, fabric options, and how it would be done. A week later they were on site going at it.
Sid and the crew kept me informed along the way. They left no surface damage, respected the neighbour’s property and put up safety tape and markers overnight.

When I called General, they gave me pricing and availability over the phone. I got there later that afternoon and I was in and out in 20 minutes with what I was after. Great people behind the till and in the yard. They are my go to supplier from now on.

We hired Another Concrete Company to fix 600 sq ft of floor that had cracked and started to collapse from the weight of a previous tenants machinery. Jimmy Gregory came in and assessed the situation with his engineer, and his crew came in the next week to fix the floor according to the engineers specs for a structural floor.
Super happy with the final work, they came in on budget, floor looks great and the warehouse is now ready for lease. Will use again - highly recommended!

Mr. Lavender came to my home to give me an estimate the same day I phoned his company. He gave me a price to replace my water lines and sewer pipes, the price and wait time were lower than I expected. The work was completed the following week by 3 very hard working courteous young men.Sandy, Morgan and James kept going till the job was done. They ran into unexpected problems along the way but kept a positive attitude. They cleaned work areas up when finished. I highly recommend Lavenders.
