As a ski instructor at Blue I've had 2 accidents in four years resulting in "emergency dept" medical care. On both occasions the care and professionalism of all staff, including admin, nursing care and doctors has been totally exceptional.
My latest accident was only a cracked rib but I can attest from my more serious accident (a cervical fracture, emergency surgery and ongoing rehab) that our Health Care system is a marvelous treasure and Collingwood Hospital is a wonderful part of it.

Renovations included conversion of two bedrooms into one larger room, converting our bathroom with tub to a walk in shower and to take approximately 30% of our unfinished basement, and build a media room and full bathroom.
