Hats off to Barclay Restorations!!! The management team went over and above, for even the smallest parts of my claim. I knew it wasn't an easy process for me, but I do believe that if there wasn't great leadership where needed, it could have been worse. Ray has worked with and for us for over 10 years. He has: renovated the kitchen, including replacing a supporting wall with a beam, redone 3 bathrooms, installed bamboo flooring (including a stairway), redid ceilings and ceiling lights throughout the house. On the outside he reframed our roof, repaired rotting wood behind stucco walls, and rebuilt 2 large decks and fences. In short, he has reconstructed much of the house. As another person wrote, he solves problems!

I am extremely happy with the job and the service i received. John and his team did an amazing job. They completed the job in the time quoted came in under budget and didn't charge me for some extra waste removal so he could come in on budget. You don't see companies go the extra mile like this often, it is nice to see that people still care. I cant say enough good things about my experience and will use then again on other projects. With Sherwood, Andrew runs a strong, professional painting and decoration service. Any job like ours - a repaint/redecoration of a multi-office space - can experience issues along the way. Our project was no exception. Andrew dealt with the problem rapidly and without hesitation, resulting in a superb end product. Our space is now amazing. Karan and his crew did an amazing job on my deck. He was quick to come see the place and give a quote, offered a very competitive price, started within 1.5 weeks, and were incredibly fast. Despite being fast, there were no corners cut. I'm fairly meticulous and inspected their work closely, and there were no problems.
