Markham Honda

We bought a brand new Honda Civic in 2018 and it was all downhill from there. Their customer service is terrible, once they car is sold they do not care about you as a customer. The Honda Civic had AC issues in the first year, we had to bring it to them twice. Also we noticed a big gaping hole in the trunk and when we went back to them, they claimed that we made that hole. The wait time is terrible and whoever they have fixing those cars just do a patch up job. I will not recommend them ever!

Worst experience. If you are not careful these guys will scam you while you are buying a new or preowned car. Sales Manager Wilson Chan tried to scam me with the final price of the car. When I found out that he was charging the tax twice on my net amount. He cancelled the deal by saying that the car is sold out. I was the only one who was test driving and dealing with the car at that moment. The Salesperson who was dealing with me before Wilson made me sign a paper saying no one can make a deal

I visited Saturday, Feb. first 2020 Markham showroom at Kennedy rd for the first time. I was really disappointed with the customer service/sales staff. Read carefully before signing any documents, if you dont want a bad surprise like a $3000 bill at delivery (Honda Tax). They explain only what you like to hear. Very bad Experience. If your are not approved, they dont hesitate to make fun of you with their comments. I do NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL.

Be VERY, VERY careful if you choose to purchase a car at Markham Honda. They will tell you what you want to hear in order to get you to purchase / lease a car, but double, then triple check the paperwork because there is a 99.9% chance that there is something within the agreement that you didn't want or agree to. They apparently have 2 sales agreement forms. They will only provide you with a short form agreement where they won't clearly state what is part of the agreement. The form doesn't even

I came for service today from Mississauga. Although there's a Mississauga Honda, I came to Markham honda because I bought my car from this location due to excellent service from representatives. Unfortunately my first experience from the service department was very upsetting and disappointing. I came for a simple oil change since my oil life was 5% and informed the representative that I need to leave by 2pm to go back to Mississauga for work. My appointment was for 11:30am on Saturday October 14

poor customer service

I do not recommend this dealership for any purchases. I would give you zero stars but minimum is one. I went to Jared to look at a brand new Honda accord. He sat with me and ask my name and phone number and email. When he saw my address, he told oh you are not from this area, so you are not here to buy a car but you want to price the car. I told him if you give me a better price, I will purchase the car. Then he quote me on the car which was much higher than the actual Honda Canada website. When

This review is in reaction to the service department (not the mechanics). I've been calling the service department for over a week, have been directed to a voicemail. I have left 4 different messages, with no calls back. Today I called back, and was adamant to be directed to an individual. I asked for a service appointment and to change my winter tires. She said to come in 1.5 weeks!!! Are you kidding me? What a joke on hospitality as they clearly can't even answer the phone or answer voicemail.
