I have only 500 characters for this review, so here is the short and skinny of it: 1)He is HONEST (does not just replace anything in sight). 2)He provided us with almost daily email updates. 3)He LISTENS and provides you with his thoughts and all costs involved EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. 4)ATTENTION TO DETAIL. My back deck is put together better than before (newer material AND proper construction). 5)Would I hire him again? I wouldn't hire anyone else.
