Staff are friendly and courteous, quality of work is excellent. A family business that has been around for a long time and they stand behind their work. Would use them again without question should the need arise.

Horrible customer service. Kept my vehicle way longer than they told me, and the sub-par repair cost me way more than they told me it would.

Did not warranty their work. Will NEVER deal with again! I am currently looking for a new place to deal with my current ICBC claim. I suggest you do the same.
